Employee Benefits Information

WillStaff Worldwide values its employees and the jobs they do while on assignment with client companies. To show our commitment to our employees that chose a flexible career we offer a benefits package providing them with the same types of benefits they might receive working with any large company.

Insurance

Through the "Benefits in a Card" insurance plan employees have the opportunity to obtain affordable insurance for their entire family. Employees can sign up within the first 30 days of employment with WillStaff Worldwide and deductions are taken weekly. Available insurance options include: limited-benefit medical, dental, disability, term life, and vision. This plan also offers a prescription drug discount program.

401k Retirement

Employees are eligible for enrollment into WillStaff Worldwide's 401k retirement plan after completing one year of employment and a minimum of 1,000 hours worked.

Holiday Pay

Employees can earn up to 6 paid holidays each year by working 900 hours of work within the previous 6-month period prior to the holiday. Holidays recognized by WillStaff Worldwide include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Employees on assignment with specific clients may not be eligible. See your WillStaff Personnel Manager if you have questions.

Annual Vacation Pay

Employees can earn 5 days (40 hours) of vacation per year by completing 1,900 hours in a one-year period. Additional conditions may apply. Please speak with a WillStaff Worldwide Representative for more information. Employees on assignment with specific clients may not be eligible. Direct Deposit or Debit Pay Cards

Employees can choose to receive their weekly paychecks via direct deposit or through a debit pay card that can be used at thousands of ATMs and stores throughout the country.

Skills Training

Employees can upgrade some of their computer skills through on-line tutorials. See a WillStaff Worldwide representative to learn what is available.
