Skills: A client in the healthcare industry is in search of a Business Analyst for a full-time job opportunity. This person will work with business process owners to identify and document business requirements and processes that contribute to the implementation of the technology solutions. Assist with facilitating discussions with business process owners, technology members and third party vendors or consultants. Identify and document potential technology solution deficiencies. Prioritize work to meet milestones and complete deliverables in a timely manner while adhering to the business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare documentation, presentations, charts, tables and diagrams and conduct reviews for scope, business justification and business requirements including use cases, design documents, prototypes and business rules.This person will also need to have project management skills and understanding the database and systems side. Lots of data analysis is involved as well. Job Requirements - MUST have industry knowledge (an understanding of the Business of Healthcare) - Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite, flow charting software and project management methodologies. - Business financial process experience or its equivalent in education and experience. - Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong verbal communication skills. - Skilled in organizing information based on reviewing meeting notes, specifications, interviewing clients, architects and developers. - Must be Citizen or Green Card (no sponsorship or third parties)
